Ordering

How do I check the status of my order?

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to check the shipping status of your order. If you have a missing package, please contact us and we will help track it down.

How do I use my reward online?

Reach out to us at kfrance@mainstreamboutique.com with your name and email addressor call the store. We will get back to you with a one time code for your reward. 

I have a reward earned at another Mainstream Boutique. Can I apply the reward to my purchase online? 

Mainstream boutique is a franchise and most of our locations are individually owned and operated! Because rewards are designated to a specific store, we ask that you redeem them for purchases you make at that store. We love that you shop multiple stores! 

How do I apply in store credit to an online purchase?

Reach out to us at kfrance@mainstreamboutique.com with your name and email address the store credit is under and we can add it to your online account. 

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Standard Shipping is $8.95 for all orders. If you purchase more than $125 in products you will receive free shipping.

What is your return policy?

Unwashed, unworn merchandise (with tags attached) received within 14 days of purchase can be returned for a credit in the form of store credit that can be used online or in store.  

All sale items, Jewelry, Accessories, Basics and Graphic Tees are final. 

We know you'll find an item you love -- check back for weekly new arrivals! 

Can I return an item for a refund?

How do I return an item?

To start a return online, call us at (408) 612-8594 or email kfrance@mainstreamboutique.com with your order number. To return the item in store, come visit us at Mainstream Boutique Morgan Hill. Online orders can't be returned to other locations. If you have received a damaged item(s), please contact us immediately
